Due to the exceptional Covid-19 pandemic, many countries including France are still applying strict restrictions regarding travel of all kinds.
The French Prime Minister with his Interior Minister announced on Wednesday 7 May that France would keep drastic travel restrictions through its borders up until 15th June (applicable to all countries within European Union,and countries outside the Schengen zone and the United Kingdom).
Similar measures have been implemented on various degrees by Jersey and Guernsey. Therefore, Manche Iles Express have decided to suspend all scheduled sailings between France and the Channel Islands, (Granville, Carteret, Dielette, Jersey, Guernsey, Sark and
Alderney) until the 15th June 2020.
All Manche Iles Express customers who have booked to travel up until the 15th June 2020 will be entitled to change their tickets to equivalent travel without extra charge. Please note that non-equivalent travel may incur extra charges.
This full credit is valid for 18 months from their initial travel date. This will enable the best scope possible for passengers to reschedule their ferry travel.
