The RNLI's St Peter Port Lifeboat was launched for a medivac from Sark at 11:49 GMT on 4th November 2019 by Guernsey Coastguard.
The St John Marine Ambulance 'Flying Christine III' was already attending to an incident in Herm at the time, which necessitated the use of the All Weather Lifeboat.
RNLB 'Spirit of Guernsey' departed Sark at 12:28 GMT with one male casualty, arriving back in St Peter Port Harbour at 12:56 GMT.
The 'Spirit of Guernsey' was back on station after refuelling at 13:21 GMT.
