Mariners using the stretch of water south of Guernsey's Havelet Bay and all along the undersea power cable route to Jersey should stay well clear, as a survey vessel will be operating in the area.
Guernsey Harbours has issued a Local Notices to Mariners outlining where the survey vessel will be operating from and to allow plenty of distance.
The Channel Islands Electricity Grid Limited has commissioned the survey, whilst investigations continue into the cause of the recent power cuts which affected Guernsey in early October 2018.
